How to Stop the Anti-Christian Agenda Swooping Into Our Schools

Have you noticed an anti-Christian agenda swooping into our schools, libraries, media, and government institutions? When even the Muppets and Kellogg’s Cereal boxes tell your young children they can be any gender they feel like, parents need strategies.

Joan Benson wrote THE book on how parents can respond to their children when they ask uncomfortable questions.

Her awareness broadened when she watched the trend of an anti-Christian agenda forcing its way into our education system.

Textbooks are now being written with gay and transgender characters for young elementary readers. This presents a gay and transgender lifestyle as “normal” without an opportunity for parental input.

We CANNOT afford to wait until children are old enough to talk about these concepts or the cultural ideologies will indoctrinate them first. We can teach children to treat each other with kindness without indoctrinating them into gender confusion.

Joan was my guest on Never Ever Give Up Hope last year. Click here to enjoy her story of love lost, betrayal, and new-found joy.

Joan Benson adopted two infants and two twelve-year-olds to complete what she hoped would be a loving permanent family.

Joan is a wife, mother of four adult children, a grandmother of eight, a former educator, and an author/speaker. She has been a freelance writer for over thirty years and has served as a reading specialist, teacher mentor, and classroom teacher in her first career.

After retiring from her educational life, she pursued her love for writing with the freedom to share her spiritual insights. Previously, she has been published in multiple Christian magazines including LifeWay’s “ParentLife” and Regent University’s “The Christian Leader.”

Some of her devotional writings have been published on CBN.com. Joan wrote for LifeWay Publishing’s Children’s Ministry for twelve years. Her debut historical fiction novel, His Gift, was published in 2020. She has recently co-authored four children’s books with Marjorie Wingert.

GOD’S ABCs

With the playfulness of an alphabet tale, the main characters, letters A-Z, parade into the story with their unique talents and interests on display. Gender identity questions are addressed based on the truth of God’s design, affirming the concept that our gender is not random, changeable by desire. God made each person with meaningful intent, with good plans and purposes.

When God made me so, He knew my real worth.
I was specially made to be X on this earth.

WONDER OF LIFE

Wonder of Life is a beautiful story with humorous, yet meaningful illustrations to convey its life-affirming message. Truth-filled rhyming text will delight while teaching children how God set humans apart from animals, even creating them in his own image. Starting with Creation, the authors develop the concept of the sanctity of human life, blessing children with confidence in God’s love and desire for relationship.

Did You Know that When You Create Your Habits - Your Habits Create Your Life?

Can You Change from a Victim to a Victor Mentality?

Adam Lucero was stabbed in the throat, arms, and chest by a stranger in a movie theatre. He survived but was living off tubes. If you unplugged them, you unplugged his life. He was grateful to be alive but his body was decaying to the point where his legs did not work. His muscles were evaporating and his cognitive function was compared to a third grader's.

This experience forced Adam to learn how to optimize his performance or quit on his potential in life. He is currently running a business empowering entrepreneurs and motivational-driven people through nutrition, fitness, habit, mindset, and more.

Stabbed in the throat

Adam chose NOT to quit: and he will give you tools to help you easily and permanently escape the vicious cycle and declare that you are going to change your actions and your life. Period.

Adam designed a program called 1:1 which gives you the tools for a mindset of doing rather than hoping to do....someday but then you run into resistance and face nagging internal battles and tell yourself, "I'll do it tomorrow or next week."

"I'm going to work out and eat healthy".....someday.
Adam Lucero

"I'm going to hammer out my to-do list.".....someday.

Self-sabotage becomes a way of life, and years pass by without making any progress. Sound familiar?

His near-death theatre experience catapulted him into a new life that he could not have imagined. You will love and relate to Adam's story:

How to Recreate the Journey You Never Took and Stop Going the Wrong Way

With his trusty Moto Guzzi Le Mans as his companion, Chris Donaldson set out to explore the world, leaving behind a city torn apart by sectarian violence. As he travels across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, he encounters a cast of characters that will change his life forever.

Chris was the UK Master Franchisor for a fitness company, developed a health and fitness franchise, and a mobile app company in Dubai where he lived for eight years with his family on a forty-seven-foot yacht.

As Chris navigates the challenges and joys of the open road, he learns important lessons about perseverance, friendship, and the importance of following one's dreams.

His memoir, "Going the Wrong Way" is not just a travel memoir but a story about finding oneself amid chaos and the transformative power of travel.

His story will motivate and challenge you to never give up and you will realize your goals.

Come with Chris Donaldson on this roller-coaster ride of self-discovery, and you will not be disappointed as there is a near-death experience around every corner! Over 40,000 miles (not counting 10,000 more crewing on an ocean-going racing yacht) through 33 countries - there are enough harum-scarum life lessons to keep you listening on!

All along the way, there are formidable roadblocks: trigger-happy boy soldiers with AK-47s in war-torn Africa, the Sahara Desert, the Andes, waves the size of Everest that threaten to sweep him overboard, hepatitis E in South America, and PTSD when he got home - and that's only the half of it.

This odyssey, seen through the eyes of someone in their early 20s, fresh for the Belfast troubles and lived out in the early 1980s, is raw in its exposure but thoughtful in its deliberations and revealing about the regimes and cultures it passes through.

Decide That You Want To Be More Than What You Are Now and Watch What Happens!

David Richman was overweight, a smoker, married to an abusive alcoholic, and stressed out unbelievably. At his lowest point, he heard the words from a friend that he needed to hear. These words allowed him to start a journey of discovery, transformation, and self-belief.

Today he helps empower people to start hard conversations around the emotional aspects of trauma, and to help them transform into their best selves.

David is an author, public speaker, and endurance athlete whose mission is to form more meaningful human connections through storytelling.

By the time he was in his late thirties, David was a sedentary, overweight smoker who was stuck in an abusive and unhealthy marriage. It was clear that if he was going to enjoy any kind of life satisfaction, he had to stop focusing on what others wanted out of him, and zero in on what he wanted for himself.

He began to set measurable, attainable, and meaningful goals—to become healthy, to raise his young twins in a safe home environment, to become a top performer at work, and to seek out his own physical, mental, and emotional limits.

Winning in the Middle of the Pack

Through lessons learned in business, sports, and life, David introduces the concept of “winning in the middle of the pack” and discusses how we all can get more out of ourselves than we ever imagined.

His most recent adventure was a 5,000-mile solo bike ride across the country in which he visited most of the participants for his upcoming book chronicling fifteen remarkable and unique emotional journeys of people with cancer.

David is a businessman, corporate and motivational speaker, personal consultant,
and author of CYCLE OF LIVES and WINNING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PACK.

Amazon bestseller in "Brain Cancer"

Have you ever been forced to consider the fact of your mortality? If confronted with cancer, how would you feel? What would you say to the people you love? What would they say to you? No two people have the same answers to these questions, a lesson I learned well during a solo six-week, 5,000-mile cross-country bike ride I called Cycle of Lives.

The trip started as a fundraiser in honor of my sister, June, who died of brain cancer. But long before I even set out on my endurance ride from LA to Florida to NY, I exhaustively interviewed fifteen people across the country whose lives had also been irrevocably changed by cancer - either as patients, survivors, loved ones, or caregivers.

Hearing their moving stories, which were influenced by many different forms of past and present trauma, transformed my cycling odyssey into a journey of emotional self-discovery as I relived the chaos and emotional upheaval of cancer through them: from the man who found true love after losing his soulmate to cancer, to the elite athlete who had to reckon with his all-star body finally letting him down, to the medical oncologist who cares as much about her patients as she cares for them.

Whether you or someone you care about is going through cancer or some other major trauma, I hope this thought-provoking collection of astonishing stories can help you, too.

Do You Want To Accomplish Against All Odds?

Jason Pike was drowning in a cesspool in South Korea -- at night -- alone. He was a soldier against all odds.

Lieutenant Colonel Jason Pike is a decorated combat veteran with multiple deployments who served thirty-one years in the U S Army, including nine years in five countries overseas. He earned over thirty service awards.

Jason asked himself, "How did you ever accomplish what you have accomplished under such intense circumstances?" He then realized he had to write his story because what he learned in the trenches of combat could be used in every area of life.

In his interview, he shares what he went through in a federal investigation for something he was not guilty of.  He was thrown under the bus and accused of subversion and espionage against the U. S. Government.

Against all odds

Must See Video Memoir Snippet

A brutally honest tale of a soldier's unorthodox life, a rogue career, and an often- maverick character not easily aligned with the military credo.

A Soldier Against All Odds is a genuine and frank account of Jason's thirty-one years in uniform: the good, the very bad, and the very ugly. At age seven he was diagnosed at age seven with an acute learning disability and failed first grade. He also was diagnosed with osteomyelitis, a crippling bone disease dissolving the bone of his knee which added to his academic challenges and a significant physical disadvantage.

Jason's story is one of survival, perseverance, and a refusal to quit, no matter what, which was a characteristic gifted to him by his father. When he shared his story, everyone asked, "How the hell did you do it?" And many times, he asked himself the same question.

In A Soldier Against All Odds, he shows that through determination, careful application, and bold strategy you can overcome all odds. Personal humiliation was brought about primarily by his mistakes, being haunted by investigations, academic difficulty, arrests, and physical frailty. He paid the price for being himself. This is how he did it, but most importantly, how he survived it.

This chronicle of life will inspire you to wince, cry, and laugh. He hopes that the lessons he learned through the course of his life and his military career will be an inspiration to anyone confronting the future from a place of disadvantage.

A Soldier Against All Odds compiles all his life events in an inspiring story of a life in uniform. Jason's brutal honesty on how he did it while disclosing many sacred secrets about his survival is unique and captivating.

His straightforward account of one man's journey will inspire you and show you how to be resilient no matter what disadvantages and struggles may happen.
