Laura was widowed at 35 years old and had to pick up the pieces, move forward and stay strong for her five children while managing her business.

Kathy Collard Miller is an author, counselor and international speaker, Kathy has appeared on many TV programs, travels as a speaker in eight countries and across the United States.  She is a founding member of AWSA (Advanced Writers and Speakers Association).

Kathy has published over 50 books but this didn't happen until she was able to pull herself out of a destructive pit as a child abuser.  She abused her toddler both physically and verbally.  The rage she dealt with as a young mom caused her to choke her child and almost kill her.  When she realized what she had done and knew she would be capable of doing it again, she decided to use her husband's service revolver to end her own life.  She shares her story in her new book, No More Anger, Hope for an Out-of-Control Mom.

Kathy's interview is no-holds-barred.  She shares her pain as a child abuser and the difficulty to keep it secret.  Listen to her story as she explains the steps she took to turn her life around.

Fran knows the heartbreak of losing your child.  Not only did she say goodbye to her little Jeffrey, but to an older son, Steve, as well.  Steve had a Master of Physical Therapy degree yet died at the age of 43 after struggling with cystic fibrosis for 14 years and kidney failure for 7 years.

Nina Giannelli is the Executive Producer and Co-Founder of a bi-coastal production company called Heart Headed Entertainment.  After graduating from Emerson College in Boston with a degree in TV Production, she made her way to Los Angeles and started her career at The Dr. Phil Show. 

Nina has worked on a multitude of shows in many different genres including talk, reality, game, travel, and docu-soaps. Then her career came to an abrupt halt.

In 2009 Nina fell extremely ill and no Western medicine doctor could figure out why.  This health issue put Nina on a path of learning about and utilizing holistic medicine.
