In his interview, David explains how 30% more courage can double YOUR revenue and YOUR happiness.

"Being an entrepreneur for more than 20 years, I know what it’s like to be assailed by ideas, strategies, and options. I discovered that peaceful, focused action is available for me, and for ALL business owners - allowing us to fulfill our missions in a much shorter time. As I discover how to be more extraordinary myself, it’s a joy to pass the learnings to others."

David also shares how he found a way to cope and thrive with anxiety and depression that had been chasing him through the years. You do NOT want to miss this interview:

Name That Mouse - Because the Elephant

Isn't the Only Animal in the Room!

The courageous path to connection and leadership

Become the human who people want to be around!

We know the concept of the elephant in the room: you know something, I know something, but no one is acknowledging it.

But the elephant isn't the only animal in the room. Some are much more subtle. Some are so small we do not notice them. Imagine you are at a work meeting and you notice one of your talkative colleagues isn't saying much. You find yourself thinking, "Is he unhappy with this? Worried? Tired?" That is a MOUSE.

Your mouse might be a confession, an assumption, or an appreciation. It might be a desire, complaint, or a part of you that wants to be expressed. When we become aware of these feelings we may choose to stay quiet - rather than express them out loud.

Whether you are afraid of being judged, not able to find the right words, or simply do not want to rock the boat, it is easy to let our mice scurry away in the moment. But although small, these mice can be mighty.

When we learn how to recognize and name them, it becomes a gateway to more connection, influence, expression, or simply more peace.

Naming our mice can TRANSFORM their power over us into power within us.
