A Policeman's Advice on How to Deal with Stress

Carl Rosier-Jones, author of Caveman Stress Principles 

Carl Rosier-Jones is a full-time police officer, trained investigator, and negotiator who has great insight in how to deal with stress.  His book offers tips on how people can be better communicators and less stressed when in a nerve-wracking situation.



After a gunman shot him six times, Carl suffered from PTSD and from that experience his incredible self-help book was born, Caveman Stress Principles.  Carl has a unique way of describing the roles we play in stressful situations and how to deal with them.  He describes the basic caveman roles we play and how they interact - Hunter, Protector, Gatherer and Healer.
